Upon presentation of your identity card, a valid VAT number and official proof of appropriate business activity (Crossroads Bank, Trade Register, K-bis), when you visit our company we will hand you a customer card together with your first invoice.
When, as a new customer, you make a purchase through our webshop, you will receive a virtual customer card with your e-mail address as your login.
You will then be given your customer card when you make your first purchase at our company premises.
This customer card is strictly personal. It will be scanned each time you visit in person and cannot be transferred to third parties. You may be accompanied by no more than 2 people when you visit our company.
You can pay in cash, with a bank card or credit card. We cannot accept cheques. Invoiced goods cannot be exchanged or returned. Another piece of advice: keep an eye out for our interesting invoice discounts.
For home deliveries, we try to pack every order as efficiently as possible. Transport and any packaging costs are therefore to be discussed individually with the sales department, and depend upon the volume, delivery address and nature of the articles.
